Passes and entry
How do I get my pass?+
It is emailed the moment your payment clears, as a PDF with a QR code, and it appears in your account at the same time. You can add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet from there. Nothing needs printing.
Can I buy for other people?+
Yes, and most people do. Add a pass per person at checkout and give each of them their own name and email; they each get their own pass, and they can sign in with that address to see it.
Can I give my pass to somebody else?+
Up to seven days before the festival, twice per pass. Open the pass in your account and send it on; their copy activates and yours stops working at the same moment.
Rooms and hotels
Which pass includes a room?+
All of them except the day pass. Each pass names its hotel and its room type, and after you book you choose your actual room and who you share it with.
Can I choose who I share with?+
Yes. Open My stay in your account, pick your room on the floor plan and name the people you want with you. If they have not booked yet you can still put their name down and we will hold the space.
Why do you need my passport?+
Tunisian law requires every hotel guest to be registered with the local police, and the form needs your passport number and nationality. We delete the scan ninety days after the festival ends.
Paying
Can I pay in instalments?+
In two or in four, by card, as long as the last one falls at least two weeks before the festival. We take each one automatically on its date and tell you three days beforehand.
What if I cannot come?+
Cancel from your account up to thirty days before and we refund 60 percent. Closer than that, giving your pass to somebody else is the better option, and it costs you nothing.
Getting there
Which airport?+
Enfidha is closest at forty minutes, Tunis-Carthage is an hour. Add the shuttle to your order and give us your flights, and somebody will be waiting with your name.
Do I need a visa?+
Most European passports do not for a stay this short. If yours does, ask for an invitation letter from your account and we will issue one within two working days.
