CIT
Your name, contact details, date of birth and nationality; your orders and passes; your travel and accommodation details; and, where a hotel registration requires it, your passport number and a scan of the document.
To sell you a pass, to get you into the festival, to book your room, and to meet the hotel-registration obligations Tunisian law places on us. We do not sell anything about you to anybody.
Passport scans are deleted ninety days after the festival ends; the passport number is kept because the police form and any invitation letter are reconciled against it. Orders are kept for as long as accounting law requires. Assistant conversations are anonymised after six months.
Write to us and we will send you everything we hold about you, or remove you from it. Removal takes the person out and leaves the transaction: your name, contact details and travel data go, while the order and its amounts stay, attached to nobody, because the accounts have to keep agreeing with the bank.
