Cancelling

Up to thirty days before the festival, cancel from your account and 60 percent of everything you have paid goes back to the card you paid with, usually within five working days.

Inside thirty days

No refund, but your pass is still worth its full value to somebody else: transfer it from your account, free, up to seven days before we open. Their pass activates and yours stops working at that moment.

If we cancel

If the festival does not take place, everything you have paid is returned in full, including accommodation and add-ons.
