The Participant: Attendee of “The Event”; “You”
These are the terms and conditions that govern your attendance at and/or participation in The Event. By registering for The Event, you are agreeing to these terms, which form a legal contract between The Organiser and The Participant. If you are registering on behalf of another, it is your responsibility to ensure that the person attending is aware of these terms and accepts them, and by completing the registration form you are warranting that you have made the attendee aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms.

Bookings are subject to availability.
The booking confirmation will be sent to The Participant immediately for all online orders. If The Participant has not received the confirmation email within 48 hours of making the online booking, please submit a query via the website.
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking, unless an instalment plan is offered at checkout. Where an instalment plan applies, instalments are debited automatically on the agreed dates, and you can view your balance and complete payments from your account at any time.
Requests for invoices can only be processed with a valid purchase order and are subject to prior approval.
Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or discounted rates. At the point of booking, the discount offered applies to the person attending The Event. Substitutes are welcome; however, if they are not entitled to the discount, the appropriate additional charge will be incurred.
If you cannot attend an event, you can transfer your pass to another individual. Places can be transferred up to 60 days before The Event. Please note that 50€ will be charged as a name-change / services fee for any pass transfer. Moreover, some extra charges may be applied if the new attendee is not entitled to the same rate. You can transfer your ticket only once.
If you cannot attend an event, you can transfer your full package formula to another individual. Places can be transferred up to 60 days before The Event. Please note that 100€will be charged as services fees for any full package formula transfers. Moreover, some extra charges may be applied if the new attendee is not entitled to the same rate. You can transfer your ticket only once.
If The Organizer has to cancel The Event, our liability in the event of cancellation is limited to a ticket refund less an amount of 10% to cover the cost of ticketing.
The Organizer will not refund any travel or additional costs/fees associated with the cancellation of The Event.
The Organizer accepts no liability if The Event is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond our reasonable control resulting from adverse weather, governmental regulation, epidemics, pandemics, fire, war, terrorist activity or civil commotion.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, once a booking has been confirmed.
The Organizer treats your personal information in accordance with data protection legislation. We will use your information for administration, communication and statistics. To do this we may share your information with our business partners. A list of all participants will be published and circulated at The Event.
By attending The Event you acknowledge and agree to The Organiser the right to record, film, photograph or capture your likeness in any media now available and hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to The Organiser includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use and/or disseminate the media.
You acknowledge and agree that The Organiser reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Event, including but not limited to, the event name, themes, content, program, workshops plan, artists, concerts, hotel, venue and time.
The Organiser reserves the right to request your removal from The Event if The Organiser considers your presence and/or behaviour to create a disruption or to hinder The Event and/or the enjoyment of the event by other attendees.
The Organiser does not accept liability of any nature for the acts, omissions or default of those providing services in connection with The Event.
You acknowledge that The Organiser does not accept any liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay or additional expenses which are incurred at or in association with The Event.
The Organiser accepts no liability if a delegate is unable to attend an event due to adverse weather conditions or any travel disruption.
Following the event, The Participant should expect to receive an email asking him/her to complete a feedback form online. We would ask this is completed and returned to us within seven days to allow The Organiser to continue to improve and tailor future events.
Participants are responsible for their own health and safety at all times during The Event. The Organizer is not liable for any injury, illness, or accident that occurs before, during, or after The Event.
